Act great. My dear, always act great.” ~ Hafiz

Class Discussion: Ponder this: The yogi makes his life as simple as possible and trains his mind not to feel the loss or lack of anything. Then everything he really needs will come to him by itself at the proper time. The yogi has developed the capacity to remain satisfied with whatever happens to him.

“It’s about our actions, not our good intentions. If we want self-esteem, we must do estimable things. The emphasis is on the doing.” ~ Meditations from the Mat

“Just do it” ~ Nike

“We can count on the new and unfamiliar to be uncomfortable and awkward. But that awkwardness of that first step is no reason for us to deny ourselves the opportunity to have balance in a given area of our lives. We will have the degree of grace in our lives that we permit ourselves to have.” ~Meditations from the Mat

“What is the most I can get?
What is the least I need?”
~Todd Geiser

Journaling: Write about one situation in your life right now that you can let go of. And, let go of it.
