New session and I am so excited to be back with my students. Smaller class this time, but as the year progresses and students move deeper into their individual majors, I hope that their practice will stay with them and they are ALL always welcome to come back to class anytime!!
This next session will focus more on self care, self perception, self confidence, self time... basiclly a lot to do with exploring the SELF. Which is our own being. The SELF as our true and authentic character, unchanging and ever remaining.
