I asked you all to journal about "your essence".... I want you to play the role of the sculptor in your own life and think about what you see when you look in the mirror everyday. Do you see a piece of stone? Or do you see the beautiful creation "inside" the stone? Your yoga practice is a tool you can use to help unveil the beauty underneath.
My essence.... I get the most joy out of helping someone else put one foot in front of the other on their own path. I love listening and supporting. I am super silly, love to sing and dance and giggle. I have very serious views about how people treat one another. I am saddend the most though, about how we actually treat ourselves.
I am a free spirit. I am interested in the evolution of my own soul. I am a participator in my own life. I am creating a unique and beautiful space in my little corner of the world.
Namaste.

I love, love, love yoga!
Nobody's commenting your blog when they should!
I absolutely am ecstatic about what you're doing because I know this isn't just something you were assigned. It's something I can see that you want to do which is what makes it such a pure class.
I don't think many of us realize how lucky we are at AAST in this class, but I definitely do, and after this is over I will definitely miss it, but will keep practicing at home (and already am).
Thank you so much for helping me in my goal to lose weight, get flexible, and most important, get in touch with myself!
:)
