I knew yesterday in yoga I wasn't going to look forward to it. But, when we started opening up and sharing things about ourselves that you wouldn't normally tell people, I was at peace. I do believe I lie to myself, hopefully not a lot, but I realize that I do. The past week, I have really asked for God's hands to guide me to the right direction. Today, I felt like he really was there with me as I was at the 'Meet Me At the Pole'. I met really great people. I'm looking forward to yoga again.
I LOVEEEEEE yoga!!!! It is truly something I will now do for the rest of my life. Thank you so much for introducing me to such a wonderful thing. I look forward to yoga class every week and I tell everyone about it and how much yoga helps me. I have always been a person to stress easily and this year I have really been working on being myself, being true to myself and connecting with my inner connection and peace. So yoga is perfect for me. I love it and you're a great teacher. I'm looking forward to what I'll able to do by the end of the year and how i will be able to take the lessons with me through the rest of my life.

Yoga has been great for me! I look forward to coming to yoga class at the end of the day and relieving stress from that day, and week. Its the one time in during the day I get time to myself to relax. It's something i want to keep on doing outside of school, I love it!
Thank you Jessica!!
