I think my personal energy is way out of balance. Most days I am very positive, but then I have some days where everything that comes out of my mouth is negative. So, it varies for me. I can say, though, that yoga is really helping me to relieve some of that negativity. I know I have said this before, but I never really believed that yoga actually worked. I was wrong, very wrong. I love yoga and it really does relax me on both a physical and mental level.

You really hit the nail on the head this week. I haven't been balancing my energies at all. I've been so stressed because of some of my energies being out of whack but yoga actually chilled me out. It really helped me to clear my mind and figure out how to change my mental state for the better. =)

I direct my personal energies towards way too many things: girl friend, family, school, surfing, working out, gettin that money, you know. But I think your right in saying we just need to learn how to balance them. Maybe in practicing moderation we focus more on one than another, but thats called prioritizing. See you Saturday. =]

Everyones Energy is at different levels, but i never really know what mine is. One day im flared and another i dont really care, honestly i cconfuse myself. Ever since we started yoga, my physical energy and improved but my mental energy is still unstable, maybe it one of those personal issues, maybe a few more weeks of yoga will balence my body with mind. I often think about what others are getting out of this experience. Are you enjoying it, regreting it, loving it?? Somedays i completely HATE it because of the physical capacity you must obtain, and my lack there of. Then other days i feel rejuvanated. Then again, thats probably the yogi process.
